Candidates are not allowed to enter the exam centre after the gate closing time under any circumstances.
JEE Main 2026 April 4 Exam Day Guidelines and Documents Required
All candidates must strictly follow the exam day guidelines issued by NTA. Entry is allowed only after proper verification of documents and identity. Candidates must carry the following items to the exam centre:
- Admit card with filled Self Declaration and non-Aadhaar declaration (if applicable)
- Two passport-size photographs
- Valid photo ID proof such as School ID, PAN Card, Voter ID, Passport, Aadhaar Card, e-Aadhaar, Class 12 Admit Card, or Bank Passbook with photograph
- Medical certificate for PwD/PwBD candidates using scribe facility
- Transparent ballpoint pen
