JEE Advanced 2026 Result Date and Time
The JEE Advanced 2026 result has been released officially on June 01, 2026. IIT Roorkee has activated the result link on the official website. Candidates who appeared for the examination will be able to access their scorecards by logging into the portal using their registration number, date of birth and mobile number.
The result includes detailed marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in both Paper 1 and Paper 2. It also displays the combined total marks and qualifying status. Candidates scoring above the JEE Advanced 2026 cutoff is assigned an All India Rank (AIR), which is mentioned in the result.

Following the result declaration, the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) has announced the official schedule for engineering admissions.josaa.nic.in. This centralized platform will manage admissions across 138 premium institutes, including 23 IITs, NITs, and IIITs.

JoSAA Counselling & AAT Registration Launch
With the results now out, the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) 2026 registration and choice-filling process will officially begin on June 2, 2026. Additionally, online registration for the Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT) 2026 opened on June 1 at 10:00 AM and will remain active until June 2 at 5:00 PM for qualified candidates seeking B.Arch admissions. Candidates are advised to register on the portal early and map their IIT choice lists accurately.

Due to a balanced, moderate-to-difficult difficulty level across both papers, the final score benchmarks shifted heavily. To break into the elite Top 100 ranks, candidates required a minimum score of 300 marks.

JEE Advanced 2026 Official Results Declared by IIT Roorkee
The Indian Institute of Technology, IIT Roorkee, officially declared the JEE Advanced 2026 results on the night of May 31, 2026. Candidates can now access their scorecards online by logging into the candidate portal at jeeadv.ac.in. Out of the 1,87,389 candidates who initially registered, a total of 1,79,694 students appeared for both Paper 1 and Paper 2. From this pool, exactly 56,000+ candidates successfully qualified for the next rounds of admission.
JoSAA Counselling to Begin in June
Soon after the results are out on June 1, qualified candidates can register for the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) 2026 counseling. This online process will handle seat allocations for all IITs, NITs, and IIITs. Students who wish to join the Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) program must additionally register for the Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT) on June 1.
JEE Advanced Expected Cutoff Marks Released by Experts
As the result date draws near, academic experts have shared estimated qualifying scores based on paper analysis. The exam is rated moderate to difficult, with Mathematics being the toughest section.

JEE Advanced 2026 Final Results and Answer Key Date Confirmed
IIT Roorkee will officially declare the JEE Advanced 2026 results on June 1, 2026, at 10:00 AM. The final answer key will also be released at the same time on the official website, jeeadv.ac.in. This final key is being prepared after checking all the student objections submitted until May 26.
