JEE Advanced 2026 Result (OUT) Live: Check Qualifying Marks, Rank List, Toppers List

Following the result declaration, the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) has announced the official schedule for engineering admissions. Online registration and the strategic choice-filling process for qualified candidates will begin tomorrow, June 2, 2026, at 5:00 PM on josaa.nic.in. This centralized platform will manage admissions across 138 premium institutes, including 23 IITs, NITs, and IIITs. Candidates must carefully arrange their preferences online before the first mock seat allotment locks on June 8.

IIT Roorkee officially released the JEE Advanced 2026 results today, June 1, 2026. Out of 1,79,694 candidates who appeared for both papers, 56,880 students have successfully qualified. Shubham Kumar from the IIT Delhi zone secured the All India Rank (AIR) 1 by scoring 330 out of 360 marks. Additionally, Arohi Deshpande emerged as the female topper nationwide, securing a Common Rank List (CRL) rank of 77.

With the results now out, the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) 2026 registration and choice-filling process will officially begin on June 2, 2026. Additionally, online registration for the Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT) 2026 opened on June 1 at 10:00 AM and will remain active until June 2 at 5:00 PM for qualified candidates seeking B.Arch admissions. Candidates are advised to register on the portal early and map their IIT choice lists accurately.

Due to a balanced, moderate-to-difficult difficulty level across both papers, the final score benchmarks shifted heavily. To break into the elite Top 100 ranks, candidates required a minimum score of 300 marks.

The IIT Delhi zone completely dominated the top spots on the national merit list this year. Shubham Kumar secured the coveted All India Rank 1 (AIR 1) by scoring an exceptional 330 out of 360 marks. He was closely followed by Kabeer Chhillar with 329 marks (AIR 2) and Jatin Chahar with 319 marks (AIR 3), both representing the IIT Delhi zone. Meanwhile, Arohi Deshpande emerged as the All India Female Topper, securing an impressive CRL rank of 77 with a score of 280 marks out of 360.

IIT Roorkee has released the strict subject-wise and aggregate qualifying marks required to be included in the official rank list. To qualify under the Common Rank List (CRL), a student must secure at least 8 marks in each subject and a minimum aggregate score of 92 marks out of 360.

The Indian Institute of Technology, IIT Roorkee, officially declared the JEE Advanced 2026 results on the night of May 31, 2026. Candidates can now access their scorecards online by logging into the candidate portal at jeeadv.ac.in. Out of the 1,87,389 candidates who initially registered, a total of 1,79,694 students appeared for both Paper 1 and Paper 2. From this pool, exactly 56,000+ candidates successfully qualified for the next rounds of admission.

Soon after the results are out on June 1, qualified candidates can register for the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) 2026 counseling. This online process will handle seat allocations for all IITs, NITs, and IIITs. Students who wish to join the Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) program must additionally register for the Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT) on June 1.

As the result date draws near, academic experts have shared estimated qualifying scores based on paper analysis. The exam is rated moderate to difficult, with Mathematics being the toughest section.

IIT Roorkee will officially declare the JEE Advanced 2026 results on June 1, 2026, at 10:00 AM. The final answer key will also be released at the same time on the official website, jeeadv.ac.in. This final key is being prepared after checking all the student objections submitted until May 26.
