New Requirements in JEE Main 2026 Application Form

This year’s JEE Main Application Process features several new changes introduced by NTA, designed to enhance security and verification:

• Webcam-based photo capture is now mandatory during registration.
• There is automatic identity verification to reduce fraudulent entries.
• Centre allocation will consider Aadhar address, making the process more streamlined.
• Updated file size limits: photographs must be between 10 KB and 200 KB, while signatures should range from 10 KB to 100 KB.
• For PwD candidates, uploading the UDID (disability) certificate in PDF format (size: 50–300 KB) is compulsory.
• Once the photo is submitted, there will be no correction window, so accuracy matters greatly.

JEE Main 2026 Exam Schedule for Session 1 & Session 2
