JEE Advanced 2026 Result OUT: Scorecard Link, AIR 1 Topper and Cutoff Released has been officially announced by the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee on June 01, 2026. Candidates who appeared for the engineering entrance examination can now access their scorecards through the official website, jeeadv.ac.in.

Along with the result, IIT Roorkee has also released the category-wise cutoff marks, All India Rank (AIR) list and topper details. Candidates qualifying the examination will now become eligible for the JoSAA counselling and seat allotment process for admission to IITs across the country.

JEE Advanced 2026 Result Download Link and Login Details

The result link for JEE Advanced 2026 has been activated on the candidate portal. Students need their application credentials to access the scorecard online. The scorecard includes subject-wise marks, aggregate marks, qualification status and All India Rank (AIR) secured in the examination. Candidates can follow these steps to download the JEE Advanced 2026 scorecard:

• Visit the official website jeeadv.ac.in
• Open the JEE Advanced 2026 Result link
• Enter roll number, date of birth and registered mobile number
• Submit the login credentials
• Download and print the scorecard for future admission use

Candidates are advised to carefully verify all personal and academic details mentioned in the scorecard. The printed copy will be required during counselling and document verification rounds.

JEE Advanced 2026 AIR 1 Topper and Female Topper Details

IIT Roorkee has announced the names of top rank holders along with the declaration of the result. The toppers list includes All India Rank holders from different IIT zones. This year, Shubham Kumar from the IIT Delhi zone secured AIR 1 in JEE Advanced 2026. Arohi Deshpande became the female topper by securing AIR 77. JEE Advanced 2026 Cutoff Marks and Qualifying Criteria

IIT Roorkee has also published the official cutoff marks required for inclusion in the rank list. Candidates scoring above the prescribed cutoff have been declared qualified in the examination. The cutoff varies category-wise and depends on factors such as exam difficulty level, number of candidates and seat availability.

Only candidates meeting both subject-wise and aggregate qualifying marks have received ranks in the examination.

JEE Advanced 2026 Result Statistics and Exam Performance

IIT Roorkee has also released participation and qualification statistics along with the result declaration. A significant number of candidates appeared in the examination conducted earlier in May 2026. The final result has been prepared using the revised answer key after evaluating objections submitted against the provisional key. According to the official data:

• Total registered candidates: 1,87,389
• Candidates appeared in examination: 1,79,694
• Total qualified candidates: 56,000

The provisional answer key was released on May 25, 2026, while the objection window remained active till May 26, 2026. The final answer key used for result preparation cannot be challenged further.

JoSAA Counselling 2026 Registration and Admission Process

Candidates qualifying JEE Advanced 2026 will now participate in the JoSAA counselling process for IIT admissions. The counselling registration process will begin from June 02, 2026 through the official JoSAA portal. Eligible candidates must complete registration, choice filling and document verification within the prescribed schedule to participate in seat allocation rounds.

JoSAA will conduct six rounds of online seat allotment for IITs, NITs, IIITs and GFTIs. During counselling, candidates will be able to select institutes and courses based on their rank and category eligibility. Candidates seeking admission are advised to keep the following documents ready:

• JEE Advanced 2026 scorecard
• Class 10 and 12 mark sheets
• Category certificate, if applicable
• PwD certificate, if required
• Identity proof and passport-size photographs

Authorities have also informed candidates that uploaded category certificates will be cross-verified during admission. If found invalid, the candidate’s category status may be changed according to eligibility rules.

JEE Advanced 2026 Admission Process After Result

The declaration of the result marks the beginning of the IIT admission process for the academic session 2026-27. Candidates who have secured ranks above the official cutoff can compete for seats in IITs based on JoSAA counselling rounds.

Seat allocation will depend on factors including All India Rank, reservation category, institute preference and seat availability. Candidates are advised to regularly monitor counselling notifications and official announcements to avoid missing deadlines. IIT Roorkee conducted the JEE Advanced 2026 examination on May 17, 2026. The examination was held in two papers covering Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics for admission to undergraduate engineering programmes offered by IITs across India.
