IIT JAM 2026 Registration Begins on Sept 5, Check Dates and Documents Required

IIT JAM 2026 registration will start from September 5 2025. The candidates should regularly visit the official website of JOAPS i.e., jam2026.iitb.ac.in, for any updates. Candidates seeking admission to Master's, PhD or integrated programs are required to fill out the JAM 2026 registration form. IIT Bombay will be the conducting body for IIT JAM, which will be held on February 15, 2026.

 

IIT JAM 2026: Important Dates

IIT JAM 2026 application form has to be filled out by October 12 2025. The conducting body has set up the exam date for February 15 2026. The details of IIT JAM is required to make a candidate aware of the timelines, so that a candidate can start their preparation accordingly:

How to Apply for IIT JAM 2026 Exam?

Candidates interested in applying for IIT JAM 2026 should visit jam2026.iitb.ac.in along with their email address and mobile number. The mode of application will be online. The steps to apply for IIT JAM is provided in steps:

  • Open the official website of IIT JAM i.e., jam2026.2026.iitb.ac.in.
  • Navigate to JAM Online Application Processing System (JOAPS)
  • Select “Apply for JAM 2025”
  • Register for “JAM 2025”
  • Log in to your account with enrollment ID and password.
  • Fill in the necessary information
  • Review and submit.

 

Documents Required for IIT JAM 2026 Application Process

IIT JAM 2026 will require certain documents to process the application form. These documents facilitate the release of the admit card and document verification at later stages of the examination. Documents needed for IIT JAM 2026 are given below:
