- For Assistant Manager (HR&A): Graduate in any discipline plus full-time 2-year MBA (specialisation in Personnel Management/HR) or a UGC/AICTE-recognised PG Diploma in HR/Personnel Management.
- For Assistant Manager (F&A): Graduate plus either CA/CMA (final) or a full-time 2-year MBA in Finance (or equivalent) from recognised institutes.
Age limit: 18 to 32 years (as on 01-01-2025) with applicable relaxations as per reservation norms.
