The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has opened the registration window for its Grade A (Assistant Manager) 2025 recruitment drive. The application process has just begun and candidates can apply online at the official website — sebi.gov.in — until November 28, 2025. The recruitment covers 110 vacancies across multiple streams including General, Legal, Information Technology, Research, Official Language, and Engineering.

The distribution of the 110 posts is as follows:

  • General Stream: 56 posts
  • Legal Stream: 20 posts
  • Information Technology Stream: 22 posts
  • Research Stream: 4 posts
  • Official Language Stream: 3 posts
  • Engineering (Electrical): 2 posts
  • Engineering (Civil): 3 posts

 

Eligibility, Age & Fee Details

Applicants must meet specific eligibility criteria, including age limits and educational qualifications. The key details include:

  • Upper age limit: 30 years as on September 30, 2025.
  • Application fee: ₹1,000 for Unreserved/OBC/EWS categories; ₹100 for SC/ST/PwBD categories.

 

Selection Process & Exam Pattern

The recruitment will follow a three-stage selection process:

  1. Online Screening Test (Phase 1) – Two papers: Paper 1 (General Awareness, Reasoning, Aptitude, English – 100 marks, 60 minutes) and Paper 2 (stream-specific subjects – 100 marks, 40 minutes)
  2. Online Examination – Post-specific subjects, 200 marks contributing 85 % to final selection.
  3. Interview – Weightage of 15 % toward final selection.
