This final round provides another opportunity for qualified candidates from the BiPC (Biology, Physics, Chemistry) stream who either did not participate in the earlier round or wish to improve their seat allotment

Registration Process for AP EAMCET BiPC Counselling 2025
The registration link for the final round will be available only on the APSCHE official portal. Candidates must log in using their EAPCET hall ticket number and date of birth to begin the process. The steps to register are as follows:
- Visit cets.apsche.ap.gov.in.
- Click on the “EAMCET BiPC 2025 Final Phase Registration” tab.
- Enter the hall ticket number and date of birth.
- Verify all personal and academic details displayed on the form.
- Pay the processing fee and upload the required documents for verification.
Processing Fee Details
The processing fee must be paid online through the portal before certificate verification.
Candidates must ensure that their fee payment status is confirmed before proceeding to web option entry.
Document Verification Guidelines
Only candidates who complete successful certificate verification will be allowed to exercise web options. Those who participated in earlier phases need not re-upload documents unless there are changes or corrections. Key verification details include:
- Original and scanned copies of 10th and 12th mark sheets.
- EAPCET 2025 rank card and hall ticket.
- Caste, income, and residence certificates, if applicable.
- Transfer certificate and study certificate (Class 6 to 12).
It must be noted that certificate verification for special categories (PH, NCC, Sports, CAP) will not be conducted during the final phase.
Web Options and Allotment
Once verification is complete, students can select their preferred colleges and courses through the web option portal between November 3 and 5, 2025. A one-day editing window will be available on November 6, 2025. The final seat allotment results will be declared on November 7, 2025. Candidates allotted seats must report to their respective institutions within the given timeframe to confirm admission.
