OPSC AEE Recruitment 2026: Application Open for 46 Posts

The Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) has invited online applications for 46 Assistant Executive Engineer (Civil) Group-A posts under the Odisha Municipal Engineering Service Cadre. The application process is underway.

Eligible Civil Engineering graduates can apply for the recruitment through the OPSC website. The last date to submit the online application is September 11, 2026, up to 5:00 PM. The preliminary examination is scheduled for November 8, 2026.

OPSC AEE Recruitment 2026: Key Details

OPSC has notified 46 vacancies, including 24 posts for UR, five for SEBC, seven for SC and 10 for ST candidates. Of the total vacancies, 15 are reserved for women.

OPSC AEE 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must hold a graduate degree in Civil Engineering from a university or institution recognised by the government. Candidates who are Associate Members of the Institution of Engineers of India in Civil Engineering are also eligible.

The age of candidates should be between 21 and 42 years as on January 1, 2026. Age relaxation will be applicable to eligible reserved categories according to government rules.

OPSC AEE 2026 Application Fee

Candidates are required to pay an application fee of INR 700. The fee is refundable for candidates who appear in the Preliminary Examination. SC, ST and PwD candidates are exempted from the application fee.

OPSC AEE 2026 Selection Process

The selection process will consist of a Preliminary Examination, Main Examination and Interview. The Preliminary Examination is scheduled to be held on November 8, 2026.

The dates for the Main Examination and Interview will be announced by OPSC later. Candidates who qualify at each stage will proceed to the next stage of the recruitment process.
