IGNTU Guest Faculty Recruitment 2026: 16 Vacancies

Indira Gandhi National Tribal University (IGNTU), Amarkantak, has invited eligible candidates for Guest Faculty positions for the academic session 2026-27. The recruitment is being conducted on a purely temporary basis.

As per the recruitment advertisement, 16 Guest Faculty vacancies are available across various departments. Candidates who meet the required eligibility criteria can appear for the walk-in interview at the university campus on September 10 and 11, 2026. The 16 vacancies are distributed across multiple departments. These include Computer Science, Tourism Management, Journalism and Mass Communication, Biotechnology, Botany, Geography, English and Foreign Languages, Hindi, History, Social Work and Museology.

IGNTU Guest Faculty Eligibility Criteria

IGNTU Guest Faculty Salary 2026

Selected candidates will receive an honorarium of INR 1,500 per lecture, subject to a maximum of INR 50,000 per month, as per the applicable norms and university terms.

The walk-in interviews are scheduled for September 10 and 11, 2026 at the Administrative Building of Indira Gandhi National Tribal University, Amarkantak, Madhya Pradesh. Candidates should report according to the department-wise schedule mentioned in the latest notification/corrigendum.
