Aadhaar Supervisor/Operator Eligibility 2026

Candidates applying for Aadhaar Enrolment and Update Operator/Supervisor certification should have passed Class 12. Candidates with a two-year ITI qualification equivalent to 10+2 or a three-year diploma equivalent to 10+3 are also eligible. For IPPB and Anganwadi/Asha workers, the minimum qualification can be Class 10.

 

For the Supervisor role, candidates must be at least 18 years old, have a valid Aadhaar number, possess computer knowledge and obtain the Supervisor Certificate from the UIDAI-appointed testing and certification agency.

 

Aadhaar Supervisor/Operator Certification Exam

Certification is mandatory for candidates who want to work as Aadhaar Enrolment Operators or Supervisors. The certification examination is conducted by the testing and certification agency appointed by UIDAI, currently NSEIT Ltd.

 

The exam is conducted online and consists of 100 multiple-choice questions. Candidates get 120 minutes to complete the test and need at least 65 marks to qualify. Candidates can make further attempts after a gap of 15 days if they do not qualify.

 

Aadhaar Supervisor/Operator Certification Fee

According to the current UIDAI information, the certification test fee is INR 470.82, including GST. The retest fee is INR 235.41, including GST. Candidates must schedule the examination within six months of depositing the fee.

 

How to Apply for Aadhaar Supervisor/Operator Certification

Candidates can follow these steps:

  • Visit the UIDAI website and check the training and certification requirements.
  • Obtain the required authorisation from a Registrar or Enrolment Agency.
  • Complete the registration process on the NSEIT UIDAI certification portal.

  • Pay the applicable certification fee.
  • Select an available examination centre and schedule the test.
  • Appear for the online certification examination.
