KSEAB has revised the Karnataka SSLC Time Table 2026 due to a change in the Mahaveer Jayanthi holiday. The third language exam has been rescheduled from 30 March 2026 to 31 March 2026. All other exam dates remain unchanged as per the official notification.

Karnataka SSLC 2026 Revised Exam Date for Third Language

The board has made a specific change in the Class 10 examination schedule based on a revised government notification. As per the update, the third language exam, earlier scheduled on 30 March 2026, will now be conducted on 31 March 2026. This change applies to multiple language subjects included in the SSLC examination. The subjects affected under the third language paper include:

  • Hindi
  • Kannada
  • English
  • Arabic
  • Persian
  • Urdu
  • Sanskrit
  • Konkani
  • Tulu
  • NSQF subjects

 

Reason Behind Karnataka SSLC Time Table 2026 Revision

The revision has been implemented due to a modification in the Mahaveer Jayanthi holiday schedule. Earlier, the holiday was expected on 31 March 2026, but it has now been shifted to 30 March 2026. As a result, the board rescheduled the examination to avoid a clash with the public holiday.

 

Karnataka SSLC Revised Exam Schedule 2026

Students appearing for the examination can review the updated schedule for the affected papers below. The revised dates are as follows:

  • 31 March 2026 – Third Language subjects
  • 2 April 2026 – Social Science

The exam initially planned for 30 March 2026 will no longer be conducted on that date.

 

Karnataka SSLC 2026 Remaining Exam Dates Unchanged

Apart from the third language paper, the board has confirmed that no other changes have been made. The remaining Karnataka SSLC examination schedule will continue as originally planned. Notably, the Social Science exam on 2 April 2026 will be conducted without any modification. Students are advised to follow the revised timetable carefully and stay updated through official notifications to avoid confusion regarding exam dates.
