Karnataka SSLC Exam 2026 Evaluation to Begin from April 8. The Karnataka School Examinations and Assessments Board has announced the schedule for answer sheet checking. The result is expected to be declared in May 2026.
Karnataka SSLC 2026 Evaluation Schedule and Exam Dates
The Karnataka SSLC 2026 answer sheet evaluation will commence from 08 April 2026, as per the official circular issued by the board. The evaluation of third language subjects such as Hindi and Sanskrit will begin from 09 April 2026. The board conducted the SSLC examinations from 18 March 2026 to 02 April 2026 across the state. More than 5 lakh students appeared for the examination this year.
Karnataka SSLC Result 2026 Expected Date
The Karnataka SSLC Result 2026 is expected to be announced in May 2026 after the completion of the evaluation process.Students will be able to check their results online through the official website once released. The board will also provide further updates regarding the result declaration timeline.
Karnataka SSLC 2026 Revised Grading System
The board has introduced changes in the grading and evaluation system for the 2026 session. These changes aim to streamline the assessment process.
- Marks of the third language paper will not be included in the final aggregate score
- However, appearing for the third language exam remains mandatory
- The total marks for evaluation have been reduced to 525
- Earlier, the total marks were 625
Students should be aware of these changes while calculating their expected scores.
