The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee has announced the official schedule for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced 2026, the national-level entrance test for admission to IITs. JEE Advanced 2026 Registration Dates and Application Process
Candidates who qualify in JEE Main 2026 will be eligible to register for JEE Advanced. The application process will be conducted online through the official examination portal. The following key registration dates have been announced:

- Last date to register: 02 May 2026
- Last date for fee payment: 04 May 2026
Only candidates who complete the registration and fee payment within the deadline will be allowed to download the admit card and appear for the exam.
JEE Advanced 2026 Exam Date and Timings
The entrance examination will be held in two compulsory papers, both conducted on the same day. Each paper will test candidates in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. The exam schedule is as follows:

- Paper 1: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Paper 2: 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Both papers are mandatory for candidates appearing in the exam, and the final ranking will be based on combined performance in both papers.

Eligibility for the examination is limited to candidates who perform well in JEE Main. Only the top 2.5 lakh candidates in JEE Main 2026 will be eligible to appear for JEE Advanced.
