WBCHSE HS Exam 2026 Begins Feb 12; Check Routine & Guidelines

WBCHSE will conduct the West Bengal HS Exam 2026 from February 12 to February 27, 2026. Students must carry their admit card to the exam centre and follow all exam day guidelines. The Class 12 results are expected to be announced in May 2026.
The West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE) will commence the WB HS Exam 2026 from February 12, 2026. The examinations will continue till February 27, 2026. Students appearing for the West Bengal Class 12 board exams are advised to carry their WBCHSE HS admit card 2026 on all exam days. The WBCHSE Class 12 admit cards were released on January 28, 2026. The council is expected to announce the WB HS Result 2026 in May 2026.
WBCHSE HS Exam Date 2026 (Routine)
The West Bengal HS exams will begin with language papers on February 12, including Bengali (A), English (A), Hindi (A), Nepali (A), Urdu, Santhali, Odia, Telugu, and Punjabi.
Major subject exam dates include:
- February 17: Physics, Nutrition, Education, Accountancy
- February 19: Mathematics, Agriculture, Journalism, Sanskrit, Persian, Arabic
- February 20: Biological Science, Political Science, Costing and Taxation
- February 23: Chemistry, Geography, Business Studies
- February 25: Economics, Anthropology, Applied Artificial Intelligence
- February 27: Computer Science, Modern Computer Application, Environmental Studies, Health & Physical Education, Music, Visual Arts
Vocational subjects are scheduled between February 18 and February 26, 2026.
WBCHSE Exam Day Guidelines 2026
Students must follow these important instructions:
- Carry the WBCHSE admit card 2026 without fail
- Reach the examination centre well before reporting time
- Do not scribble or damage the admit card
- Avoid carrying prohibited items inside the exam hall
Students are advised to stay calm, follow last-minute preparation strategies, and regularly check official updates for paper analysis and result announcements.
