UCO Bank Specialist Officer Eligibility 2026

The eligibility criteria differ slightly for the AI/ML and Cyber Security positions. Candidates must meet the qualification and experience requirements as applicable on August 1, 2026.

Manager-AI/ML Engineer

Candidates should have one of the following qualifications:

• Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI & ML or Data Science with at least 50% marks.
• MCA with at least 50% marks.
• M.Tech/M.E. in Computer Science, IT, AI & ML or Data Science with at least 50% marks.
• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in development and implementation of AI, Gen AI, NLP or content-analysis projects.
• Certification in AI, Gen AI, NLP or ML is preferred.

Manager-Cyber Security

Candidates should have a relevant B.E./B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech or M.Sc qualification with at least 50% marks. The relevant fields include Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Electronics and related disciplines.

Candidates must also have:

• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification hands-on experience in offensive cyber security.
• Experience in areas such as Red Team operations, penetration testing, AI Red Team operations or advanced vulnerability assessment.
• At least one valid prescribed certification such as OSCP, OSCE3, OSWE, OSEP, GIAC GPEN/GXPN, CAISP or specified SANS certifications.

UCO Bank SO Age Limit 2026

The age limit for both Specialist Officer posts is 25 to 35 years as on August 1, 2026. Applicable relaxation will be provided to reserved categories as per government rules.

UCO Bank Specialist Officer Salary 2026

Selected candidates will be appointed in MMGS-II. The basic pay scale is INR 64,820 to INR 93,960, along with applicable allowances and other benefits as per UCO Bank rules.

Candidates appointed under the recruitment will also be subject to a one-year probation period and the applicable service conditions.
