The TS SSC Exam 2026 will be conducted from March 14 to April 16, 2026, as announced by the Directorate of Government Education, Telangana. The examinations will be held in pen and paper mode across the state. With less than 3 months remaining, students preparing for the TS 10th Board Exam 2026 are now in the final phase of preparation. The TS SSC Result 2026 is expected to be declared in May 2026. The board has also released the updated TS SSC exam pattern and marking scheme to help students prepare in line with the revised assessment structure.
TS SSC Exam 2026 Pattern and Assessment Structure
The Telangana SSC Exam Pattern 2026 has been revised to ensure balanced evaluation through internal and board assessments. Students will now appear for 6 subjects instead of 11 as followed earlier. Each question paper will carry 100 marks in total. Out of the total marks, 80 marks are allotted for the board examination and 20 marks for internal assessment. The minimum passing marks for each paper is 35 marks. This structure aims to test both conceptual understanding and consistent academic performance. The changes in the blueprint require students to focus equally on classroom assessments and final examinations to secure higher scores.
TS SSC Exam 2026 Subject-Wise Marking Scheme
The detailed marking scheme provides clarity on theory and internal assessment distribution across subjects. Students should align their preparation accordingly.
This distribution confirms that theory preparation remains the primary scoring area, while internal assessments play a crucial supportive role.
TS SSC Exam 2026 Preparation Strategy for Final Months
With the limited time left before the TS SSC Exam 2026, students must adopt a structured and realistic preparation plan. A focused daily timetable should be prepared to ensure timely syllabus completion. Regular practice of sample papers and previous year question papers is essential for exam readiness. Short notes for formulas, definitions, and key concepts should be prepared for quick revision. Equal emphasis must be given to textbook exercises, diagrams, and numerical problems. Adequate breaks, proper sleep, and a healthy routine will help maintain concentration during long study hours.
