RRB NTPC Graduate CBT 1 Exam Dates Announced 2025

RRB has announced the NTPC Graduate CBT 1 exam schedule from 16 March to 27 March 2025. City slips will be issued on 06 March and admit cards on 12 March 2025. Aadhaar-based biometric verification will be mandatory at exam centres.

RRB NTPC Graduate CBT 1 Exam Dates Announced 2025

RRB NTPC Graduate CBT 1 Exam 2025 will be conducted from 16 March 2025 to 27 March 2025. The Railway Recruitment Board has released the detailed schedule for the Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) Graduate-level examination. Candidates who qualify CBT 1 will be eligible to appear for CBT 2. The examination will be conducted in computer-based mode across various centres.

 

RRB NTPC 2025 City Intimation Slip and Admit Card Dates

The Board has announced important dates related to the exam. Candidates must note the timeline to avoid last-minute issues. City intimation slips and travel authority passes for SC and ST candidates will be released on 06 March 2025, ten days before the examination. The admit cards for CBT 1 will be available from 12 March 2025, four days before the exam begins. Candidates can download their hall tickets from their respective regional RRB websites.

 

Aadhaar-Based Biometric Verification for RRB NTPC Exam

RRB has made Aadhaar-linked biometric verification mandatory for candidates appearing in the NTPC Graduate CBT 1. Candidates must carry their original Aadhaar card or an e-verified Aadhaar to the examination centre. Those who have not completed Aadhaar authentication must log in to rrbapply.gov.in and verify their details before the exam. The Board has clarified that Aadhaar details must remain active in the UIDAI system. This step is aimed at ensuring smooth entry and verification at test centres.

 

RRB NTPC Graduate CBT 1 Exam Pattern 2025–26

The Board has also detailed the examination structure for CBT 1. The test is designed to assess knowledge, reasoning ability and analytical skills. The exam will consist of 100 questions divided into the following sections:

  • General Awareness – 40 questions
  • Mathematics – 30 questions
  • General Intelligence & Reasoning – 30 questions

Candidates will be given 90 minutes to complete the exam. Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) using a scribe will receive 120 minutes.

 

Each correct answer will carry one mark. There will be negative marking, with one-third mark deducted for every incorrect answer. No deduction will be made for unanswered questions. Candidates are advised to regularly check their respective regional RRB websites for further updates regarding the exam, admit card and subsequent CBT 2 schedule.
