RCFL Apprentice Recruitment 2026: Apply for 326 Posts Now

Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCFL) has released the RCFL Apprentice Recruitment 2026 notification for 326 Graduate Apprentice, Technician Apprentice and Trade Apprentice positions. The apprenticeship training will be conducted at RCFL's Trombay unit in Mumbai and Thal unit in Raigad, Maharashtra.

The online application process started on September 4, 2026. Eligible applicants can submit the RCFL Apprentice application form online through the official RCFL website until September 20, 2026, at 5 PM.

RCFL Apprentice Vacancy 2026

A total of 326 positions are available across Graduate Apprentice, Technician Apprentice and Trade Apprentice categories. The Graduate Apprentice category has the highest number of openings, followed by Technician Apprentice positions.

The category-wise reservation includes 32 posts for SC, 29 for ST, 88 for OBC (NCL), 32 for EWS and 145 unreserved posts.

RCFL Apprentice Eligibility 2026

The educational qualification depends on the apprenticeship trade selected. Graduate Apprentice posts are open to eligible graduates, while Technician Apprentice positions require the relevant engineering diploma.

Applicants must have secured at least 50% marks in the prescribed qualifying examination. A 5% relaxation in the final selection criteria may be provided to SC/ST and PwBD categories as per applicable rules.

The minimum age is 18 years as on September 1, 2026, while the upper age limit is 25 years. Age relaxation is available for eligible reserved categories according to government rules.

Those who have already completed Act Apprenticeship training, have one year or more of job experience, are pursuing higher studies or obtained the qualifying qualification through distance, part-time or correspondence mode are not eligible.

RCFL Apprentice Stipend 2026

Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend according to their apprenticeship category. Graduate apprentices will receive a total prescribed stipend of INR 17,300 per month, while technician apprentices will receive INR 15,900 per month.

RCFL will also provide breakfast, tea and vegetarian lunch through its company canteen during training. Medical facilities on an OPD basis at the RCF Hospital are also available for trainees.

RCFL Apprentice Selection Process 2026

Selection will be based on merit prepared using the marks obtained in the prescribed qualifying examination and applicable reservation rules. There is no written examination mentioned for the apprenticeship selection.

The selection process includes:

• Verification of eligibility and certificates
• Approval of apprenticeship contract through NATS or NAPS
• Joining as Apprentice Trainee
