As per the latest notification, candidates who were denied admission to the 2-year BEd and 4-year integrated BA BEd or BSc BEd programmes through PTET 2025 are eligible to claim a refund. The refund covers the counselling registration fee and college fee, subject to verification. This Refund Order II has been introduced to accommodate applicants who could not apply during the earlier refund phase. The application window opened on December 25, 2025, and will remain active until January 25, 2026. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered under any circumstances.

Candidates applying under Refund Order II are required to upload only one financial document for bank verification. The document must be clearly readable and contain accurate banking details. The following document is mandatory for refund processing:
- Clear copy of bank passbook or cancelled cheque
- Must show account holder name
- Must include account number
- Must clearly display IFSC code
