Each PETC operates with a standard academic structure to ensure uniform quality of training. Each PETC runs 2 batches with 60 students per batch, offering a 6-month coaching programme. To promote regular participation, students maintaining 75% attendance receive a monthly incentive of INR 3,000 during the training period.
