Schools intending to offer admissions under the Punjab Open School system must complete the accreditation process within the notified deadlines.
- Without late fee: Up to 30 April 2026
- With late fee: Up to 31 August 2026
Applications submitted after the initial deadline will attract a late fee of INR 6,700.

Schools must submit the accreditation application through the online Open School Portal using their official login credentials. After completing the online form, institutions are required to send a hard copy of the filled application to the office of the Secretary (Academics), Punjab School Education Board, S.A.S.
