Mathematics
- The topic Vectors has been removed from the syllabus.
Analytical Ability & Logical Reasoning
The previous syllabus broadly mentioned logical situations and questions based on given facts. The revised syllabus now specifies:
- Reasoning: Verbal, Non-verbal, Deductive, Inductive reasoning, including blood relations, coding-decoding, direction test, seating arrangement, puzzles, input-output, syllogism, alphanumeric series, mirror images, and statements & conclusions.
- Problem-solving & Critical Thinking
- Data Interpretation: Numerical reasoning, data sufficiency, and data visualisation
Computer Awareness
The Computer Awareness section has been expanded with additional topics:
- Computer Hardware: Input devices, output devices, storage devices, and memory
- Computer Software: Operating systems, system software, and application software
- Internet & Email: Web browsing, email usage, and online security
General English
The General English section emphasises overall accuracy and fluency in English expressions required for technical education.
