Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), a Maharatna PSU, has announced its recruitment drive for Engineers and Officers (Grade A) in 2025. This recruitment is open for candidates from Chemical, Electrical, and Instrumentation Engineering disciplines. IOCL Grade A Eligibility Criteria 2025
- Education Qualification: Full-time B.E./B.Tech in relevant discipline from a recognised university.
- Marks Required:
- General/EWS/OBC-NCL: Minimum 65% marks
- SC/ST/PwBD: Minimum 55% marks
- Age Limit (as on July 1, 2025):
- General/EWS: Maximum 26 years
- Age relaxation applicable for SC, ST, OBC-NCL, and PwBD categories as per government rules.
IOCL Grade A Salary 2025
The selected candidates will receive a pay scale between ₹50,000 and ₹1,60,000 per month. The package includes basic pay, allowances, and other benefits offered by IOCL as per company policies.
IOCL Grade A Selection Process 2025
The recruitment process will be conducted in three stages:
- Computer-Based Test (CBT):
- Date: October 31, 2025
- Duration: 150 minutes
- Questions: 100 (objective type)
- Domain Knowledge: 50
- General Aptitude: 50 (Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, Verbal Ability)
- Group Discussion (GD) & Group Task (GT):
- Assessment of communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Personal Interview (PI):
Focus on technical expertise and overall suitability.
Final Merit Weightage:
- CBT: 85%
- GD/GT: 5%
- PI: 10%
