The All India Management Association (AIMA) has officially opened the registration process for the Management Aptitude Test (MAT) February 2026. The exam will be conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) and Paper-Based Test (PBT) modes, offering MBA aspirants multiple opportunities for admission into management programmes across India.

MAT February 2026 Registration Begins: AIMA Opens Application Window

The All India Management Association (AIMA) has started the registration process for MAT February 2026, a national-level management entrance examination conducted for admission to MBA and allied programmes. Interested and eligible candidates can now submit their applications through the official MAT registration portal. MAT continues to be one of the most widely accepted MBA entrance exams in India, with scores used by hundreds of management institutes for the 2026–28 academic session.

 

MAT February 2026: Exam Modes and Schedule

The MAT February 2026 exam will be conducted in two formats:

  • Computer-Based Test (CBT)
  • Paper-Based Test (PBT)

Candidates can opt for either one mode or apply for both, depending on their preference and institute requirements. AIMA will announce the exact exam dates, last date to apply, and admit card schedule separately for CBT and PBT modes.

 

MAT 2026 Eligibility Criteria

To apply for MAT February 2026, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Graduation in any discipline from a recognised university
  • Final-year undergraduate students are also eligible to apply
  • No age limit prescribed by AIMA

 

How to Apply for MAT February 2026?

Candidates can complete the MAT 2026 registration process by:

  1. Filling out the online application form
  2. Uploading required documents
  3. Paying the applicable registration fee
  4. Selecting preferred exam mode and test cities

MAT scores are accepted by management institutes across India, including private universities, autonomous B-schools and affiliated colleges.
