The Karnataka Examinations Authority has activated the application correction window for KCET 2026, allowing candidates to revise their already submitted application forms. This facility is available until 30 March 2026 on the official portal — cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.
KCET 2026 Application Timeline and Key Dates
Candidates aiming to appear in the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) 2026 must be aware of the following timeline:
- Last date to submit KCET 2026 application: 27 February 2026
- Correction window open: Until 30 March 2026
- Last date to pay the application fee: 3 March 2026 (till 5:30 PM)
While the application submission deadline is fixed, the correction facility gives applicants additional time to refine their details before final processing.
How to Make Corrections in KCET Application 2026?
To edit details in the application form:

- Log in using your Application Number/E-mail ID and Password.
- Access the KCET Application Edit/Correction section.

KCET Important Notes for SC/ST Candidates
KEA has advised that many Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) applicants submitted older caste certificates lacking internal reservation category details (Category A, B, C). Candidates must secure an updated certificate from the jurisdictional Tahsildar and update the Revenue Department (RD) number correctly in their KCET application before 30 March 2026 to remain eligible for reserved category seat allotments. Only applicants who update the correct RD number reflecting the internal reservation category will be considered during seat allotment under respective reserved categories.
