What Are the Important ICAR PG Round 3 Counselling Dates?

The deadlines below cover university verification, document resubmission, fee payment and reporting. Complete each step within the prescribed time to avoid problems with your admission.

Keep these deadlines handy and check your applicant dashboard for any document-related queries. If the university asks you to correct or upload a document again, complete the process before the resubmission window closes.

What Should You Do If You Get a Seat in Round 3?

Receiving an allotment does not automatically complete your admission. You must follow the instructions in your allotment letter and finish the required formalities.

Here is what you should do next:

• Check your allotment: Confirm the university, course and other details shown in your account.
• Review document verification: Check whether the university has verified your uploaded documents or raised a query.
• Correct document errors: Upload the required corrections within the given deadline, if requested.
• Pay the seat acceptance fee: Follow the official payment instructions and save the receipt.
• Check admission confirmation: Follow the university's instructions regarding reporting and further admission requirements.

Keep copies of your allotment letter, payment receipt and submitted documents. These records may help if you need to resolve an admission-related query.

Which Documents Should You Keep Ready for ICAR PG Admission?

You should prepare the documents needed to confirm your identity, academic qualifications and eligibility. The exact requirements may vary according to the university and your admission category.

Keep these documents ready:

• ICAR AIEEA PG 2026 application details
• Entrance examination scorecard, where required

• Bachelor's degree certificate or provisional certificate
• Undergraduate marksheets and academic transcripts
