What are the ICAR AIEEA PG 2026 Round 2 counselling dates?

The second-round counselling schedule includes several steps that you must complete within a short period. Check the dates and deadlines below to avoid missing an admission requirement.

All timings are as mentioned in the official counselling schedule. Check your login account for any university-specific instructions and complete each step before its deadline.

What should you do after getting an ICAR PG seat?

Receiving an allotment does not mean you should ignore the remaining admission steps. You must follow the instructions shown on the counselling portal to complete the process.

• Check your allotment letter: Confirm the course and university assigned to you.
• Complete document verification: Upload or submit the required documents as instructed.
• Pay the seat acceptance fee: Check the exact amount and payment instructions displayed on the official portal.
• Resubmit documents if needed: Respond promptly if the university asks you to correct or upload any document again.
• Check reporting instructions: Follow the admission directions issued by your allotted university.

Do not assume that your admission is complete just because your name appears in the allotment result. You must complete the required formalities within the given time.

What is the ICAR AIEEA PG seat acceptance fee?

The seat acceptance fee is part of the admission process after allotment. You should check the amount shown in your applicant login and pay it through the official portal before the deadline.

The official schedule lists October 10, 2026, at 4 PM as the last time to deposit the Round 2 seat acceptance fee. The amount payable may depend on the applicable counselling rules, so check the official payment page rather than relying on an unverified figure.

Keep your payment receipt or transaction confirmation after completing the payment. It may be useful if you need to confirm your payment status later.

What happens if you do not accept the allotted seat on time?

If you receive a seat, missing the payment or document verification deadline can affect your admission. Follow the instructions given in your allotment letter and check your account for pending actions.

If you want to seek an upgrade to another university or course, read the applicable counselling rules before making your decision. Do not assume that an upgrade option automatically removes the need to accept your current allotment or complete the required steps.

For technical problems, use the HelpDesk section on the official ICAR counselling website. You can also check the contact details of your allotted university for admission-related questions.
