Process for Schools on Pariksha Sangam

Schools will be required to mark eligible candidates as CWSN in the List of Candidates (LOC) and upload the necessary documents. The process has to be completed on the Pariksha Sangam portal using existing login credentials.

  • In the CWSN module, schools will find the names of students marked in the LOC.
  • Facilities applicable for each disability category will be displayed.
  • Once confirmed, these details will automatically reflect on the admit cards.
  • This will help exam centres provide the required support to candidates.

CBSE Guidelines and SOP for Schools

CBSE has also released a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to guide schools through the process. The Board has emphasised that details must be uploaded without errors to ensure exam centres can make proper arrangements.

The circular highlighted that accurate information on admit cards will allow centres to arrange facilities such as extra time, scribes, or separate seating, depending on the disability type.

The Board has described this initiative as a crucial step in ensuring inclusive and fair examinations. Schools have been reminded to adhere to the deadlines strictly to prevent inconvenience for students with special needs.
