The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will open the registration window for Children With Special Needs (CWSN) appearing in Class 10 and 12 Board Exams 2026 from September 9 to September 22, 2025. Schools must upload student documents on the Pariksha Sangam portal to ensure exam accommodations.
CBSE CWSN Registration 2025 Timeline (Key Dates)
Here’s the schedule schools must follow for CWSN registration:
Steps for Schools to Register CWSN Students
- Schools must mark students as CWSN in the List of Candidates (LOC).
- Use existing credentials to log in to the Pariksha Sangam portal.
- Navigate to the CWSN module where student names and permissible facilities are displayed.
- Upload supporting documents (e.g., disability certificates).
- Select necessary accommodations — these will automatically appear on admit cards.
- Schools must follow the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) provided by CBSE.
Why Timely Registration Matters
CBSE has emphasized that no inclusions or corrections will be accepted after the deadline, ensuring that exam centres can prepare appropriate support in advance.
