Schools will need to update student details and upload required documents on the Pariksha Sangam portal to ensure that exam centres make the necessary arrangements.

CBSE Guidelines for CWSN Registration 2026
Before proceeding, schools must note the instructions issued in the circular.
- Schools must mark candidates as CWSN in the List of Candidates (LOC).
- All supporting documents must be uploaded to the portal.
- Requests for facilities should be submitted through the dedicated CWSN web portal launched with the LOC.
- Pariksha Sangam portal login credentials will be used to access the CWSN module.
- Once facilities are selected, details will automatically appear on admit cards, allowing exam centres to prepare support.
CBSE SOP for CWSN Registration
CBSE has also attached a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for schools. The SOP provides detailed instructions on uploading documents and finalizing candidate details. The Board has urged schools to complete submissions on time to avoid delays in making exam arrangements.
