Bank of Baroda Wealth Executive Recruitment 2026: Apply for 1,000 Posts

Bank of Baroda has started the recruitment process for 1,000 Wealth Executive posts under its Wealth Management Services department. The recruitment is being conducted on a regular basis under Advertisement No. BOB/HRM/REC/ADVT/2026/17.

Bank of Baroda Wealth Executive Eligibility 2026

Candidates must meet the required educational qualification, certification, age and experience conditions as of September 1, 2026.

• Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognised institution.
• Age Limit: 22 to 32 years.
• Certification: Candidates must have a valid IC 38 or one of the specified NISM certifications, including NISM Series V-A, XXI-A or V-D.
• Experience: At least two years of experience in the sales of wealth products.
• Experience should be from eligible sectors such as banks, broking or securities firms, asset management companies or wealth management companies in India.
• A two-year full-time PG degree/diploma in Management or MBA in Finance, Marketing or Banking is preferred.

Age relaxation will apply to eligible reserved categories as per Bank of Baroda rules.

Bank of Baroda Wealth Executive Application Fee 2026

Candidates have to pay the application fee online. The fee is non-refundable.

The fee includes GST, while applicable payment gateway charges are additional.

Bank of Baroda Wealth Executive Selection Process

The selection process may include an online test, psychometric assessment, Group Discussion and/or Personal Interview, depending on the bank's decision.

Candidates shortlisted for further stages will have to provide the required documents. The bank may also use qualifications, relevant work experience, domain knowledge and other factors for shortlisting.

The date of the online test, if conducted, will be announced separately by Bank of Baroda.

Bank of Baroda Wealth Executive Salary 2026

The Wealth Executive post is placed in JMG/S-I. The basic pay scale is INR 48,480 to INR 85,920.

Selected candidates will also receive applicable allowances, benefits and other facilities according to Bank of Baroda rules and applicable banking-sector provisions. The probation period is 12 months of active service from the date of joining.

Candidates appointed to JMG/S-I are also required to serve a minimum period under the applicable service bond. Leaving before the required period may attract a payment of three months' gross salary, subject to the prescribed maximum of INR 2 lakh.
