AIBE 21 Registration 2026 will commence from 11 February 2026 as announced by the Bar Council of India. The registration process will be conducted entirely online for eligible law graduates seeking certification to practice law in India.

 

AIBE 21 Registration 2026 Notification and Eligibility

The Bar Council of India has released the official schedule for the All India Bar Examination XXI (AIBE 21). This national-level examination is mandatory for law graduates who wish to obtain the Certificate of Practice (CoP), which is required to appear before courts across India. Candidates who have completed their law degree from a recognised institution are eligible to apply. The registration form must be filled through the official AIBE portal, and applications submitted through any offline mode will not be accepted.

 

AIBE 21 Application Fees 2026 Category-Wise

BCI has specified different application fees based on candidate categories. Applicants should carefully check the applicable fee before proceeding with registration. The category-wise AIBE 21 application fees 2026 are as follows:

  • General / OBC: INR 3,500
  • General-PWD / OBC-PWD: INR 3,500
  • SC / ST: INR 2,500
  • SC-PWD / ST-PWD: INR 2,500
  • EWS / Women: INR 3,500

The application will be considered complete only after successful payment of the prescribed fee.

 

Mode of Payment for AIBE 21 Exam Fees

Candidates must pay the examination fee while filling out the application form. The fee payment process is integrated with the online registration system. The AIBE 21 exam fee can be paid using multiple online methods, including debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI. No offline payment options such as demand draft or cash are permitted under any circumstances.

 

Important Instructions for Applicants

Applicants are advised to verify all details entered in the application form before final submission, as incorrect information may lead to rejection. Once the fee is paid, changes to the application details may not be allowed. Candidates should also retain a copy of the fee payment receipt and completed application form for future reference. Further details regarding examination dates, admit cards, and result announcements are expected to be released separately by the Bar Council of India.
