NEET UG 2026 Re-Exam Scheduled on June 21
Amid the ongoing investigation, the National Testing Agency has already announced the fresh examination schedule for NEET UG 2026. The re-examination will now be conducted on Sunday, June 21, 2026, after the original examination held on May 03, 2026, was cancelled due to allegations of widespread paper leak and malpractice.
NTA has advised candidates and parents to rely only on official communication channels for examination-related updates, including admit cards, city intimation slips, and examination instructions.

Investigation agencies suspect that the alleged paper leak network operated across multiple states through intermediaries and coaching contacts. Reports linked the circulation of leaked question banks to messaging platforms before the examination.

The CBI has said that the investigation will continue to identify all individuals connected to the alleged malpractice network associated with the NEET UG 2026 examination.
