Rajasthan NEET UG stray-round candidates must verify the revised allotment issued on October 24 and follow the reporting deadline of October 26. The notice also specifies bond conditions for non-reporting.
The Rajasthan NEET UG Counselling 2026 Stray Vacancy Round reporting deadline is October 26, 2026. Candidates allotted MBBS or BDS seats must check the revised provisional allotment list and complete the prescribed reporting formalities. The Rajasthan NEET UG Medical and Dental Admission Board issued a revised allotment list on October 24 after removing candidates allotted seats through the MCC stray vacancy process. Candidates should verify their current allotment before proceeding with admission.
Rajasthan NEET UG 2026 Stray Round Important Dates
Note: The revised allotment is provisional and subject to the conditions stated by the counselling board. Candidates should rely on the latest official list rather than the initial allotment.
Why Was the Rajasthan NEET UG Allotment Revised?
The Rajasthan NEET UG Medical and Dental Admission Board revised the stray vacancy allotment on October 24 after removing candidates who had also received seats through MCC's All India Quota stray vacancy process. The correction is intended to address overlapping allotments.
Candidates whose names appeared in the earlier list should check the revised result to confirm their current status. An earlier allotment should not be treated as final without checking the updated list and the instructions issued by the board.
What Must Allotted Candidates Do Today?
Candidates whose allotments remain valid must follow the reporting instructions in their allotment letter and complete the admission process by the notified deadline. They should check the official portal for the designated reporting venue, timing and document requirements.
Candidates should keep their NEET UG 2026 admit card and scorecard, Class 10 and Class 12 certificates, identity proof, allotment letter and applicable category or domicile documents ready. They should also review the board's specific checklist and fee instructions before reporting.
The allotment remains provisional and may be subject to document verification, grievance resolution and applicable court directions. Candidates should not assume that submitting a grievance automatically extends the reporting deadline.
Bond Rules for Non-Reporting Candidates
The reporting notice states that bond conditions will apply to candidates who do not report. The specified financial liability is the course fee or ₹10 lakh, whichever is higher. Candidates should read the original notice and applicable bond documents carefully to understand their obligations.
Candidates facing a reporting problem should contact the Rajasthan NEET UG counselling authorities immediately. They should not assume that an extension or exemption will be granted unless an official notice confirms it.
Where to Check the Revised Allotment Result
Candidates can visit the official Rajasthan NEET UG counselling portal to locate the revised stray vacancy allotment list, allotment letter and reporting instructions. They should confirm their allotted college and course before completing the admission process.
