• Examination city and district
• Examination date and time
• Category and other registration details, where provided

Is the UPSSSC PET City Slip the same as the admit card?

No. The city intimation slip and the UPSSSC PET admit card serve different purposes. You should not treat the city slip as your entry pass to the examination hall.

The UPSSSC PET 2026 examination will be conducted on October 25, October 30 and November 1, 2026. The exam is scheduled in two shifts each day.

Check your individual schedule on the official documents before making travel plans. Do not assume that your shift is the same as another applicant's.

What should you do after downloading the UP PET City Slip?

Once you have checked your allotted city, use the remaining time to prepare for exam day.

• Plan your travel: Check the distance between your home and the allotted city.
• Arrange accommodation: If the journey is long, make suitable arrangements in advance.
• Download your admit card: Keep checking the official portal for its release.
• Revise the syllabus: Focus on practice questions, mock tests and topics that need more attention.
• Read exam instructions: Follow the reporting time, identity proof requirements and prohibited-item rules mentioned on your admit card.

The city slip helps you prepare for travel, but the admit card remains essential for checking your exact examination centre.
