UP NEET PG 2025 Round 3 Counselling Dates Revised Again

The Director General of Medical Education and Training (DGME), Uttar Pradesh, has once again revised the UP NEET PG 2025 Round 3 counselling schedule. The decision has been taken in line with the re-revised timeline issued by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) for admissions to MD, MS, Diploma, and DNB courses based on NEET PG scores. Candidates participating in Round 3 counselling must check the updated dates carefully on the official website — upneet.gov.in.

UP NEET PG 2025 Round 3: Revised Schedule

As per the latest notification:

• Online Choice Filling Begins: February 6, 2026
• Last Date for Choice Filling: February 13, 2026
• Seat Allotment Result: February 16, 2026
• Allotment Letter Download: February 16 to February 19, 2026

The registration window for Round 3 counselling was closed on February 5, 2026.

Choice Filling Guidelines

Only candidates who have successfully registered for Round 3 are eligible to participate in online choice filling. Applicants must log in using their registered credentials to fill and modify choices. Candidates can edit their preferences multiple times before the deadline. However, they must ensure that choices are saved regularly and finally submitted and locked, as unlocked choices will not be considered for seat allotment.
