UP LT Grade Teacher Exam Analysis 2025: Difficulty, Good Attempts

The UP LT Grade Teacher Exam 2025 was conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission on 06 December 2025 in multiple shifts across the state. The first shift for the Mathematics subject concluded successfully, and early feedback from candidates indicates that the paper was easy to moderate in difficulty level. The second shift for the Hindi subject was scheduled from 15:00 to 17:00 on the same day. The exam is being conducted to recruit eligible candidates for the post of LT Grade (Trained Graduate Grade) Assistant Teacher in government schools of Uttar Pradesh. Thousands of candidates appeared for today’s papers, making it one of the most competitive teaching examinations of the year.

 

UP LT Grade Teacher Exam 2025 Shift Timings and Conduct

The UPPSC scheduled the LT Grade preliminary examination in two shifts per day, depending on the subject. The smooth conduct of the first shift was reported from most examination centres, with standard security arrangements in place. Before reviewing the subject-wise analysis, it is important to understand that the exam is being held in offline mode with Multiple Choice Questions. Candidates were required to carry their admit card and a valid photo identity proof for entry into the examination hall.

The exam pattern plays a major role in defining the level of difficulty and overall performance of candidates. The UP LT Grade Teacher Exam 2025 consists of a total of 150 objective-type questions, all carrying equal marks. Before appearing for the exam, candidates were informed that the paper would be divided into 2 major sections. The General Studies section tests basic awareness, while the remaining portion evaluates subject-specific knowledge. Exam Structure

  • Contemporary national schemes and events

The difficulty level of the GS section was described as moderate, with straightforward questions for well-read candidates.

 

What to Expect Next After UP LT Grade Exam 2025?

The UPPSC is expected to release the official answer key and response sheet after the completion of all subject-wise shifts. The result and cutoff marks will be announced later based on normalized performance across shifts. Candidates qualifying the preliminary stage will be shortlisted for the subsequent stages as per the official recruitment process.
