The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has officially released the SSC Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) and Havaldar Answer Key 2026 on its website ssc.gov.in. SSC MTS Answer Key 2026: How to Download?
Candidates must visit the official SSC portal to access their answer key and response sheet. The process is as follows:
- Go to the official website ssc.gov.in.
- Look for the link titled “SSC MTS Answer Key 2026” on the homepage.
- Enter your registration number and password/roll number and date of birth.
- View and download the provisional answer key and response sheet.
- Save or print a copy for future reference.
The answer key lists the correct responses for questions asked in both Session-I and Session-II of the examination, enabling candidates to estimate their tentative scores.
SSC MTS Objection Window and Important Dates
SSC has also opened the objection window for candidates who are not satisfied with any answer in the provisional key. Key dates and details include:
- Answer Key Release Date: 3 March 2026
- Last Date to Raise Objections: 6 March 2026 (6 PM)
- Objection Fee: ₹50 per question (for each challenged answer)
Objections must be submitted online on the SSC portal within the specified timeline. Requests submitted after the deadline or through offline channels will not be accepted.
What Happens Next?
Once the objection window closes, SSC will review all representations and publish the final answer key. The results for the SSC MTS & Havaldar Examination 2026 will be prepared based on the final key and released subsequently.
