JMGS-I Eligibility

• IIBF Certification in Forex Operations is mandatory.
• The certification must be dated on or before July 31, 2026.
• Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience in Trade Finance processing and operations.
• Experience must be in an Officer/Official role in a Scheduled Commercial Bank.
• The experience should be relevant to Trade Finance work.

MMGS-II Eligibility

• Graduation in any discipline from a recognised university or institution.
• IIBF Certification in Forex Operations is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in Trade Finance processing.
• Experience must be in an Officer/Official role in a Scheduled Commercial Bank.

SBI has also listed additional trade finance certifications such as CDCS, CSDG, CTFP, GTC, CITF and Certificate in International Trade Finance as preferred qualifications for the post.

SBI Trade Finance Officer Age Limit

The age requirement depends on the grade being applied for. SBI has prescribed the age as of July 31, 2026.

Age relaxation is available for eligible reserved categories according to the applicable rules.

SBI Trade Finance Officer Salary 2026

The pay scale varies according to the grade. In addition to basic pay, selected officers are eligible for applicable banking allowances and benefits.
