What Is the SBI SBIL Recruitment Salary?

The remuneration for these posts is based on annual Cost to Company (CTC), rather than a fixed pay scale. SBI has set different CTC levels for the three positions.

• Dean: Up to Rs. 98 lakh per year
• Faculty: Up to Rs. 63 lakh per year
• Marketing Executive: Rs. 52 lakh per year

The CTC is divided into 80% fixed pay and 20% variable pay. The final CTC is negotiated based on factors such as experience, current salary and place of posting.
