NIFT 2026 Stage 2 Dates Out for MDes: PI in Delhi from 6 April

NTA has announced NIFT 2026 Stage 2 dates for MDes and other PG courses. The Personal Interview round will be held in Delhi from 6 April to 11 April 2026. Shortlisted candidates will receive detailed schedules via email.
The National Testing Agency has released the Stage 2 schedule for NIFT 2026 PG admissions. Candidates shortlisted for MDes will now appear for the Personal Interview round. The process will take place in Delhi over multiple days.
NIFT 2026 Stage 2 Schedule for MDes
The Stage 2 selection round includes the Personal Interview for shortlisted candidates.

NIFT 2026 PI Round: Important Details
The Personal Interview is a key stage in the final selection process.

Candidates have been shortlisted based on their entrance exam performance.

- Result declared on: 20 March 2026
- Shortlisting ratio: 1:4 category-wise
- PwD candidates included as per applicable norms
Only those meeting the cutoff criteria have been called for Stage 2.
What After NIFT Stage 2?
After the completion of the PI round, the final selection list will be prepared.
- Final merit list will include Stage 1 and Stage 2 performance
- Selected candidates will proceed to admission and counselling
- Seat allotment will be based on rank and preferences
Candidates are advised to regularly check updates related to admission rounds.
