Candidates who have been successfully allotted a seat in this round must carefully follow the required procedure to avoid cancellation of their candidature. The following sequence must be completed sequentially within the timeline prescribed by the administration:

1. Check the Allocation Status Online: Visit the official portal and log in with your credentials to see if you have received a campus and course assignment.
2. Download the Provisional Offer Letter: If a seat is visible on your dashboard, download the official provisional seat allocation letter for documentation.
3. Submit Your Option Willingness: Choose your option whether you want to freeze the current seat or float to participate in the upcoming counselling rounds.
4. Pay the Prescribed Admission Fee: Complete the online transaction for the required fee amount through the integrated banking gateway to lock your seat.

Any candidate who fails to deposit the institutional fees or select their willingness before the deadline will lose their allocated option. Such students will also become ineligible to participate in any subsequent regular seat allocation rounds conducted by the institute.
