NEET UG 2026 Registration,Students Face Server Issues

NEET UG 2026 applicants reported server and website issues during registration, prompting many candidates to request NTA to extend the application deadline.
Several candidates attempting to submit their NEET UG 2026 application forms reported technical problems on the official registration portal during the final days of the application process. Aspirants faced issues such as slow loading pages, session timeouts and incomplete submissions while filling the online form. Due to these technical difficulties, many students took to social media requesting the National Testing Agency (NTA) to extend the registration deadline so that applicants would have sufficient time to complete the process.
Technical Issues Reported on NEET Registration Portal
Candidates reported multiple errors while accessing the NEET registration website. These problems mainly occurred when a large number of applicants attempted to submit their forms close to the deadline. Some of the commonly reported issues included:
- “Service unavailable” errors on the website
- Slow server response and page loading delays
- Session timeouts during form submission
- Payment failures or incomplete transactions
Such problems created concern among candidates who feared that they might miss the application deadline due to technical glitches on the portal.
Students Urge NTA to Extend Application Deadline
As the deadline approached, candidates urged the examination authority to provide additional time to complete the registration process. Students argued that the technical issues made it difficult for many applicants to submit their forms successfully. Several aspirants also highlighted that heavy traffic on the website during the final days of registration caused repeated login failures and disrupted the application process.
NEET UG 2026 Registration Deadline Extended
Following the complaints and technical difficulties, the National Testing Agency announced an extension of the application deadline. According to the official notice:
- New last date to submit application form: 11 March 2026 (9:00 PM)
- Last date for fee payment: 11 March 2026 (11:50 PM)
The extension was introduced to allow candidates additional time to complete the application process after facing website and server issues during registration
