The National Testing Agency has rejected viral social media claims about a question paper leak for the upcoming NEET UG 2026 re-test. Officials stated that the shared images are completely fabricated and created to mislead student communities. Candidates are advised to focus on their preparations and check only the official portal for legitimate notifications.

NEET 2026 Re-Exam Paper Leak Rumours Denied by NTA, Online Fraud Reporting Portal Open

The National Testing Agency has rejected viral social media claims about a question paper leak for the upcoming NEET UG 2026 re-test. The testing agency responded publicly to address these student anxieties and warned against the spread of fake images online. Candidates are actively preparing for the scheduled test while authorities ensure that strong safety measures are fully active at all examination centers.

NEET UG 2026 Paper Leak Claims Clarified by NTA

The NTA have actively checked the online posts to stop unnecessary panic among thousands of young medical aspirants across India. A social media user recently alleged that the question set for the upcoming test had been leaked ahead of time. The user claimed that official authorities did not respond to initial warnings sent to the Union Education Minister. However, the examination body quickly issued a public message on social media platforms to address these claims directly.

The official administration clarified that the screenshots and messages being circulated in various online groups are entirely fabricated. Fraudsters often use these misleading tactics to trick students right before important national tests. The Press Information Bureau fact-check department also evaluated these viral images and formally declared them to be fake. Students must not share or forward any unverified messages on messaging applications or social media channels.

NTA Launches Online Fraud Reporting Portal

The National Testing Agency have introduced a new digital platform where students can easily report suspicious online activities or fake leak claims safely. This system will help the department track down internet fraudsters who are trying to misguide medical aspirants before the test day. Security systems have been upgraded significantly at all test centers to ensure a transparent and fair evaluation process for every single participant.

The original medical entrance examination was held earlier on May 03, 2026, but it had to be cancelled due to complaints regarding administrative issues and paper leaks. Because of those previous issues, the government decided to hold a fresh test under strict supervision. The upcoming test will take place under tight security rules, and students will have to follow strict entry guidelines at the venues.

The NTA has announced specific details and guidelines that all registered candidates must follow closely before arriving at their test halls. This list provides an overview of the ongoing events, official platforms, and safety actions taken by the administration:

  • NEET UG 2026 Re-Exam Date is scheduled for June 21, 2026
  • The National Testing Agency is the official body managing the test
  • The primary official website for authentic announcements is exams.nta.ac.in
  • The government has declared all viral images as completely fake
  • A new reporting portal has been launched to submit complaints about fraud
  • Candidates must download their fresh admit cards from the official website

Advice for Candidates Preparing for the Upcoming ReNEET 2026

Medical aspirants need to stay away from internet disruptions and focus entirely on revising their school syllabus during these final days. The administration advises candidates to check only the main portal of the board for any urgent notices or timing changes. Relying on unofficial web links or random online groups can cause unnecessary stress and damage exam preparation.

The board has also stated that strict legal action will be taken against individuals who create or share false rumours about the test papers. Students should not pay money to anyone promising leaked question banks or secret answer keys online. Every student should trust their own hard work and report any cheating attempts directly to the newly launched portal.

Candidates must reach the exam hall well before the reporting time mentioned on their ReNEET Admit Card 2026. No student will be allowed to enter the center after the gates are closed. Everyone must bring a printed copy of their admit card, a valid identity card, and a passport-size photograph to the venue. The authorities wish all candidates the best of luck and urge them to maintain exam honesty.
