KSET 2025 SC Document Verification Schedule and Details for SC.

The KSET 2025 document verification schedule for SC candidates pursuing PG has been officially released by the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA). Aspirants shortlisted in the provisional list must complete the verification process to confirm eligibility for the Assistant Professor certification. Scheduled over three days, the verification process includes specific reporting criteria, session timings, and required certificates, especially for candidates under SC-A, SC-B, and SC-C subcategories.

Official Dates & Reporting Instructions for SC Document Verification

KEA has asked all SC candidates listed in the provisional KSET 2025 qualified list to report for document verification from December 22 to December 24, 2025 at designated verification centres. Candidates must carry their original postgraduate degree documents and updated caste certificates with a valid RD number issued by the Tahsildar. Before the verification begins, it is important to note that KEA will conduct the process in two daily shifts to manage candidate flow efficiently. Sessions are scheduled as follows:

  • Forenoon session: 9:30 am to 1:30 pm
  • Afternoon session: 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm

Verification of original documents is mandatory, and candidates who fail to bring valid certificates may not be considered for final eligibility certification.

Why Original Certificates & Valid RD Number Matter?

The verification process ensures the authenticity and correctness of candidate credentials before KEA issues the KSET eligibility certificate. SC candidates must make sure their caste certificates include an RD number, which verifies reservation entitlement under SC-A, SC-B, or SC-C subcategories. Before this schedule release, KEA clarified that the provisional merit list alone does not guarantee final eligibility. The provisional list reflects details entered by candidates at the time of application. Only after successful document verification will candidates be issued the official eligibility certificate for Assistant Professor posts.

Verification Checklist for SC Candidates

Candidates should arrive well before their scheduled session and ensure all documents are organised and complete before reporting. Incomplete or invalid certificates may lead to rejection of eligibility confirmation. Here’s what SC candidates should bring to the KSET 2025 document verification centre:

  • Original postgraduate degree certificate
  • Valid caste certificate with RD number (SC-A/SC-B/SC-C as applicable)
  • Identity proof (government-issued photo ID)
  • Verification slips or call letters issued by KEA

What Happens After Verification?

After successful verification, the authority will issue the KSET 2025 eligibility certificate, confirming that candidates have met the document requirements. This is a key step before candidates can pursue Assistant Professor roles or participate in further recruitment processes. Stay updated on all developments related to KSET 2025 document verification and other examination schedules through official KEA notifications and portals.
