IIT Mandi’s leadership, led by Director Prof Laxmidhar Behera, outlined a strategic plan to grow the institute’s faculty base to more than 350 members and the student population to over 5,000 within the next few years. The announcement was made at IIT Mandi’s 17th Foundation Day celebration, which featured leaders from industry and academia discussing innovation, interdisciplinary research and future technology trends.
