- MTech in VLSI

- General/EWS/OBC/OBC (NCL)/Transgender/Foreign Nationals: INR 200
- Women/SC/ST/PwD: INR 100
IIT Mandi MTech Admission 2026 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates with a valid GATE score can apply for admission. However, certain candidates are exempted from the GATE requirement based on their academic performance. The eligibility relaxation criteria are listed below:
- IIT graduates with CGPA 7.5 or above are exempted from GATE
- OBC (NCL): CGPA 7.0
