The position is linked mainly to alumni engagement, placement support and administrative coordination. The work profile includes:

• Coordinating with students, alumni, faculty, vendors and other stakeholders.
• Supporting alumni job postings and coordinating with relevant teams.
• Responding to alumni queries and maintaining alumni records.
• Managing and updating the alumni portal in coordination with the service provider.
• Supporting the Placement team in assigned activities.
• Maintaining databases, attendance records, feedback and event reports.
• Preparing monthly MIS, dashboards, reports and newsletters.
• Supporting events and other administrative activities.
• Handling communication through emails, calls and WhatsApp groups.
• Working with MS Office, Canva, social media platforms and basic CRM or portal systems.

IIM Nagpur Junior Executive Salary and Appointment

The selected person will receive a regular appointment at the appropriate pay level under the 7th Pay Commission, according to IIM Nagpur's applicable rules. The recruitment notice does not state a fixed monthly salary figure.
