5. Log in and select the programme (ODL or online)
6. Submit the registration form and save or print the confirmation

IGNOU Registration Fee 2025

• The registration fee paid during admission is non-refundable
• Fee payment is mandatory to complete the registration process

Admission Cancellation Rules

• Cancellation before confirmation: full programme fee refunded
• Cancellation after confirmation: 15% deduction of programme fee (max ₹2,000)
• For a soft copy of study materials (SLM), only the registration fee is deducted

IGNOU Refund Policy 2025

• Fee exemption cases: only the development fee is refundable
• No refund after 60 days from the last admission date
